03How It Works
The faction war, explained. Ask in Discord if it's not covered here.
How does the faction war work?
Every outfit swears to BLUFOR, OPFOR, or INDY when it signs up. Kills and objectives its members earn bank to the outfit and to its faction. The faction holding the most points when the season closes wins the war.
How are points scored?
1 point per kill, 10 points per mission objective. Points are tallied per player, rolled up to outfits and factions, and refreshed every 15 minutes.
What if I'm not in an outfit?
You still count. Undeclared players bank 50% of their points to the faction they fought for. Join a sworn outfit to bank the full amount.
What is INDY?
The independents sit outside the war between BLUFOR and OPFOR. INDY outfits fight each other for control of the wasteland, with their own board and their own top spot to defend.
Can my outfit switch factions?
Your faction is locked for the season. One swap per season is possible with admin approval. Ask in Discord.
When does the season end?
The season closes 28 Oct. Totals are cumulative from day one. No resets, no wipes, every kill counts until the final tally.
